The 16 Bit Compact MD HDMI (16ビットコンパクトMD HDMI) is an unlicensed Sega Mega Drive clone console by Columbus Circle released in 2019 in Japan. It uses the TCT-6803 console-on-a-chip.

The console resembles a miniaturized version of the Sega Mega Drive model 2. It is the successor to the 16 Bit Compact MD, with the added features of HDMI output, 4:3/16:9 aspect ratio switch, and a usb-based power supply. It is similar to the Minigen HD, except that it does output stereo audio.

It is compatible with Everdrive flash cartridges and high capacity multicarts, though Virtua Racing, the Mega-CD and the Sega 32X do not function at all.

It outputs a 720p signal through its HDMI port and an NTSC video signal through its composite video port. While a region switch allows users to select NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases, PAL region-locked games are not compatible.

The console includes 2 wired 6-button controllers, HDMI cable, standard composite AV cables, USB cable and AC-to-USB adapter.
