The 16 Bit Pocket MD (16ビットポケットMD) is an unlicensed Sega Mega Drive handheld released by Columbus Circle in Japan. It is able to run games off original cartridges.
Columbus Circle also produced the 16 Bit Pocket MD Plus (16ビットポケットMDプラス), which appears to be the same system except it's blue and includes an AC adaptor.
