The 1st Development Division[1] (第1事業部), is a development division of Sega. It is the home of Ryu ga Gotoku Studio[2] and develops console games, mainly Like a Dragon series[3] and Virtua Fighter. It is distinct among the development divisions for always pursuing cutting-edge tech.
