The Mega Drive II by StarGame is an unlicensed reproduction of the original Sega Mega Drive 2 console by Sega.
StarGame Mega Drive II's are produced in mainland China, after which they are exported around the world disguised as "new", official releases of the Mega Drive. Many similar bundles have been spotted, however these differ as they actually credit StarGame on the packaging. The consoles have been re-released multiple times with different box designs, however the contents are always identical - a Japanese-styled Mega Drive II (with a much smaller PCB meaning no Sega Mega-CD or Sega 32X support), two controllers and the appropriate leads.
368 games are built into the console, although many of the entries are repeats.
