The Mega Drive III is an Sega Mega Drive clone console released at some point during the 2000s. It is thought to be related to the Mega Drive One, and though its origins are not yet fully understood, some models list Songa as its creator.
The Mega Drive III is modelled on a Nintendo 64 (the only console of this nature thought to mimic a Nintendo system), though is physically smaller and ships with two Sega Saturn-inspired controllers. Predictably it is not compatible with the Sega Mega-CD due to a lack of an expansion port.
Mega Drive IIIs are not uncommon in Ukraine.
