The ZW-163 is an Sega Mega Drive clone console released at some point during the 2000s.
The Mega Drive III is modelled on a Nintendo 64 (the only console of this nature thought to mimic a Nintendo system), though is physically smaller and ships with two Sega Saturn-inspired controllers. Predictably it is not compatible with the Sega Mega-CD due to a lack of an expansion port.
Mega Drive IIIs are not uncommon in Ukraine.
