The ZW-16DC known as Mega Drive V is a unlicensed Sega Mega Drive clone manufactured by Dongguan Dewei Electronic Co., Ltd.
It appears to be a strange mix of consoles, having the shell based off a Sega Dreamcast and controllers based off an original Sony PlayStation. A reset button has been added, and the controller buttons have been awkwardly placed on the right hand side.
