Jin Shimazaki (島崎 仁) is a Sega employee involved with overseas coordination and localization of its games from the mid to late '90s (usually working with Shinobu Shindo and Osamu Shibamiya) and product development (as Vice President) from the early to mid '00s (usually working with Mike Sherlock and Matt O'Driscoll. He mainly dealt with US releases, though he was transferred to Europe during the later years of his employment.
