Game VCD is a Sega Mega Drive clone distributed in Russia. It might have been based on TLV-K981G technology.
According to producers, it enables playback of MPEG video discs, audio music discs. It also have built-in game function that allows to play special discs with over 500 Sega games. The system supports PAL and NTSC. Includes two 6-button BBG joysticks, mains adapter, antenna adapter, video and antenna cables, remote control and set of 10 discs.[1]
