Sega Software R&D Dept. 4

Sega R&D Soft Dept. #4 was a video game research and development division within Sega and successor to Sega AM11[1].
R&D #4 only existed fornine months before becoming Amusement Vision. The department operated similarly to AM11, just with a new name.
