Keisuke Tsukahara (塚原 啓介) is a long-time (but less prominent) member of the Sega sound team. He is best known for composing the music for Shinobi series title Shadow Dancer. During the late 80's and early 90's, he mainly worked on console titles, though occasionally composed for arcade titles. Many of the Master System games he worked on, such as American Baseball and The Cyber Shinobi, wouldn't see releases in Japan.
Sometime in the mid 90's, his focus shifted towards attractions found exclusively in Sega-inspired theme parks such as Joypolis and Sega World Sydney. This would last until being relocated to the AM2 department around 1998 or 1999, where he worked as a sound designer until every Sega sound section was merged in 2020.
Psychedelic Chung is often mistaken to be an alias of Tsukahara's, despite very little evidence to suggest this.
