Makoto Osaki (大崎 誠) joined Sega in April 1993 and is attached to the AM2 division. Since his participation in Daytona USA as a planner, he has been involved in almost all the driving games developed at AM2. While doing producer work overseeing multiple projects, he served as director for OutRun 2 and Virtua Fighter Cyber Generation: Judgment Six no Yabou. He has been exclusively credited as Producer from about 2010 onwards.
