Bulls vs Lakers and the NBA Playoffs, called NBA Pro Basketball: Bulls vs Lakers (NBAプロバスケットボールブルズＶＳレイカーズ) in Japan, is a 1991 basketball game for the Sega Mega Drive by Electronic Arts and a "sequel" to Lakers versus Celtics and the NBA Playoffs.

The changes in Bulls vs Lakers primarily include the updated team roster, now reflecting the 1991 NBA Playoffs. It also features updated graphics, an announcer (EA's Bing Gordon) and an instant replay function.
