Sega Sammy Holdings Inc. (セガサミーホールディングス株式会社) is a Japanese holding company formed after the merger of Sega Corporation and Sammy Corporation in 2004. It is the current parent company of Sega Group Corporation, which in turn is the holding company for the Sega group of companies. The board of Sega Sammy Holdings oversees operations for all its subsidiaries; the Sega Sammy Group.

Sega Sammy considers itself to be active in three main areas; Pachislot and pachinko machines (Sammy), "entertainment contents" (Sega) and resorts, although it has had interests in many other areas over its lifespan.
