Sega was in Hong Kong. We do not currently know how long for. Hong Kong uses the PAL-I television standard - all Asian specification boxes with this label were likely intended for this country (or Macau). WKK has soldSega Master System, Sega Mega Drive, Sega 32X, Sega Saturn, and Sega Dreamcast since 1986.
