Little is known about the history of video games in Afghanistan given its political situation, and little is known about its activity by Sega in the gaming business in that country and it is unlikely that it has carried out activities in that country but for at least it is known that some of the arcade games produced by Sega reached in some way either by third parties or clandestinely that they became moderately known among the players of the region.
Even so, given the presence of the US military in Afghanistan, some products and video games produced by Sega for last generation consoles have been brought as entertainment for the soldiers established in the military bases. [1]
