This teeny-tiny article needs some work. You can help us by expanding it.
Apparently the first Sega console released in South Africa was the SC-3000. Sega Master System model I was also available. The games have the logo of Prima Toys company which at that time was likely to distribute games on this console. In 90s Consumer Electronics was the distributor of Sega. The Sega Mega Drive, Sega Mega-CD, Sega 32X, Sega Saturn, Sega Game Gear and Sega Master System model II were released.
In the 90's, Sega consoles appeared in various regional systems. The consoles and games were in the Asian and European systems. Perhaps the Sega Dreamcast console was all delivered by the Asian Sega branch. Later games until today are sold in the European standard by Sega Europe.
Since 2012, the distributor of Sega Europe is Ster Kinekor Entertainment.[1] Sega Mega Drive Classic was sold from 2016 by Apex Interactive.[2]Apex also sold some Sega games on a PC.
