In the 70s Thailand was one of the countries where Sega imported its game machines.[1]

Galaxy Group were the long-time distributor of Sega in Thailand, giving the country the Sega Master System, Sega Game Gear , Sega Mega CD , Sega Mega Drive (under their "Consumer Amusement Sales" division), Sega Saturn, Sega Dreamcast.[2]

In January 1996, Sega Channel was announced to appear in Universal Cable TV (UTV).

New Era from 2005-2019 was a distributor.[3].

From 2019, Epicsoft Asia became the distributor and released Genesis Mini and Yakuza 6.[4]
