In the 70s Puerto Rico was one of the regions where Sega imported its game machines.[1]
Sega had to deal with its North American branch for Puerto Rican distribution starting with Sega Master System which was advertise here as El Sistema Sega Master, in local television using US commercials translated into Spanish.[2]
It is known that VideoCamp Electronics dealt with the distribution of at least Dreamcast.[3] Sega had here its headquarters for the countries of Central America and the Caribbean.[4]
From late 2000s, Sega games are distributed locally by two distributors - Latam Games and NC Games[5][6].
