K&S is a Russian company known from selling Dendy and Sega video games. They distribute Super Drive and Hamy consoles in Russia and CIS.

They are closely related to Kudos, later called KDS company (they used same e-mail[2][3], similar sounding name and distributed most of their games for Mega Drive).

The company is associated with two individual entrepreneur - IP Kopylov Aleksandr Sergeyevich and IP Panina Marianna Fuadovna.

K&S began distributing bootlegs in mid-2000s with early style releases, but was very short lived. They can be recognized by the Sega logos on the spine or on the cover.

Newer style

From late 2000s, K&S began distributing boxes with new design and games were translated into Russian language. These versions have become popular in the region due to their modern look.

16 Gamebit

In early 2020s, K&S began re-releasing consoles and games under new series. For this reason, some of the titles were reissued, with the only change being replacing the "Sega" logo with "16 Gamebit".
