K&S is a Russian company known from selling Dendy and Sega video games. They distribute Super Drive and Hamy consoles in Russia and CIS.

They are closely related to Kudos, later called KDS company (they used same e-mail[2][3], similar sounding name and distributed most of their games for Mega Drive).

The company is associated with two individual entrepreneur - IP Kopylov Aleksandr Sergeyevich and IP Panina Marianna Fuadovna.
