Sega Games Co., Ltd. (株式会社セガゲームス) was the legal successor to Sega Corporation encompassing their console, mobile and PC titles (with the arcade division being spun-off into Sega Interactive). The split also coincided with the creation of a new Sega Holdings company, which became the parent of both.

The divisions are Sega CS1, Sega CS2, Sega CS3, Online R&D and Sega Networks.

While sometimes seen with "Games" lettering below, Sega Games (and Sega Interactive) continued to trade as "Sega", with an identical logo. One could also argue that the "Games" name is redundant, as "Sega" was originally a portmanteau of "Service" and "Games" (resulting in "Service Games Games").

The split between Sega Games and Sega Interactive was short-lived (with several projects being co-developed by both), being merged back together to form a "new" Sega Corporation in 2020.
